1. Content Delivery & Third-Party Streaming

Nostalgia Box does not host, upload, re-encode, or store any proprietary audio or video files on our servers. All media streams are delivered strictly via the official, publicly available YouTube IFrame Player API.

When media is played on Nostalgia Box:

The content streams directly from YouTube servers.
Views, monetization, and advertising rights remain entirely with the original copyright holders and uploaders on YouTube.
Direct attribution links are provided on the player card (via the YouTube icon) to allow visitors to view and support the original upload directly on YouTube.

2. Contextual Commentary and Archival Purpose

The inclusion of song titles, broadcast dates, thematic classifications, and accompanying commentary is intended for editorial commentary, archival preservation, criticism, and cultural education. Nostalgia Box does not claim ownership, licensing, or official affiliation with third-party copyright holders, nor does embed attribution alone constitute a copyright license. We respect the legal rights of content creators and will promptly exclude or update any content upon request.

3. Copyright Concerns & Removal Procedure (DMCA / Notice & Takedown)

If you are a copyright owner, artist, or authorized representative and believe that any playlist item, thumbnail, or reference featured on Nostalgia Box infringes upon your rights or should be excluded from our curation, we will gladly and promptly address your request.

To submit a copyright notice or removal request, please email our editorial team with the following details:

1. Identification: Title and artist of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

2. URL / Link: The specific YouTube URL or playlist entry displayed on Nostalgia Box.

3. Authority: Proof of ownership or authorized agency representation.
